Nexture (CEO Lee Dae-hoon) announced on the 9th that it has updated its cafe management simulation game, 'Maru is a Puppy: I Became a Cafe Owner? Awesome!' (hereinafter 'Maru is a Puppy Cafe Game'), with a new 'Petit Provence' theme and various spring season content on April 8.

This update is centered on three main pillars: #1 New themes and menus, #2 Seasonal events, and #3 The addition of a new system called 'Maru's Sketchbook.' In particular, the update introduces a variety of seasonal events ahead of Family Month to provide users with fresh content to enjoy.

The most notable change is the new 'Petit Provence' theme. Featuring a Provence-inspired design that evokes the scent of lavender, it is characterized by purple hues and flower-hat costumes. Along with the theme update, two seasonal menu items—'Fragrant Lavender Black Tea' and 'Blueberry Scone'—have been released. Additionally, theme-related quests will open sequentially in three phases, with limited-edition interior items available upon completing the final stage.

A wealth of seasonal events has also been prepared. To celebrate the cherry blossom season, a coupon event will begin on April 13, allowing players to receive a cherry blossom bench. Starting April 24, an attendance event will be held to celebrate the day Maru met her sister and their birthday. During the Children's Day season, a special quest will open alongside an exclusive 'Colorful Rainbow Slush' drink, offering unique fun for players.

Improvements for user convenience have also been included. The newly introduced 'Maru's Sketchbook' is a system where players can exchange 'Gummy Bears,' earned through menu sales missions, for various items, adding a new layer of fun to the gameplay. Furthermore, the guaranteed acquisition structure for the '10x Theme Costume Draw,' which is added each season, has been improved to reduce the burden on users, and the 'Memory Collection' has been revamped to allow players to earn additional special rewards.
