Seven Knights Idle Adventure Launches Swordmaster’s Son Crossover With New Heroes and Limited-Time Events

Netmarble announced Thursday a new crossover update for Seven Knights Idle Adventure, bringing characters and events from Kakao Entertainment’s web comic The Swordmaster’s Son into the mobile RPG.

The collaboration adds multiple heroes from the popular series, beginning with Legendary character Jin Runcandel. The comic follows Jin, the youngest member of a powerful swordmaster clan, who is exiled for his weak skills before getting a chance to rewrite his past. Additional characters from the series will roll out over the coming weeks, including Siris Endorma on Nov. 27, Yonah Runcandel on Dec. 11, and Luna Runcandel on Dec. 25.

Netmarble confirmed several in-game events will accompany the update, each offering exclusive rewards tied to the Swordmaster’s Son universe.

Players who log in between Nov. 13 and Jan. 8, 2026, can participate in the first Special Check-In event, which grants Jin Runcandel on Day 1 and Day 14. A second check-in event begins Dec. 11 and provides additional collaboration heroes.

Event dungeons themed around The Swordmaster’s Son are also available through Jan. 8, offering summon tickets, Ego Stones, and other rewards.

Two mission passes will be available during the crossover period: Part 1 from Nov. 13 to Dec. 11, and Part 2 from Dec. 11 to Jan. 8, 2026. Completing missions grants further collaboration items.
