BlizzConline 2021 in-game goodies revealed

Source: Blizzard

Activision Blizzard has released more information about the upcoming BlizzConline convention, happening Feb. 19-20, including the in-game goodies fans will be able to get by purchasing some of the so-called "Celebration Collections".

If you're asking "But I thought BlizzConline was free to watch?" — that's still the case. Unlike previous years, when only the opening ceremony was free and for everything else a virtual ticket was needed, BlizzConline will be open to all. Even if one is to miss a panel, all will be archived for on-demand, also free of charge.

What will be announced at BlizzConline 2021?

There is never an official answer to this question until the convention goes live, but there are several high-profile franchises that fans will want to hear about. Overwatch 2 and Diablo IV are perhaps the biggest of them. Activision Blizzard has been dropping bits and pieces of Diablo IV development, but have stayed very silent on OW2

Then, there's potentially something on Diablo 2 Remastered. Activision Blizzard recently assimilated Tony Hawk's Pro Skater developers Vicarious Visions into a Blizzard Support Studio, and rumor has it, that VV will be responsible for remastering the ARPG classic — a treatment its other two franchises, StarCraft and Warcraft, already received.
