After months of absence from the competitive League of Legends landscape, Chinese AD Carry Yu "JackeyLove" Wenbo has returned to the League of Legends Pro League. The former world champion has joined TOP ESPORTS, who is currently competing in the 2020 LPL Spring Split.
JackeyLove won the 2018 World Championship as a member of Invictus Gaming, and was also a big performer for the team in its top 4 finish at Worlds 2019. Since then, however, JackeyLove has taken a leave of absence from competing.
TOP ESPORTS' next match is Saturday, April 4 against reigning world champion FunPlus Phoenix. Should JackeyLove make his 2020 debut against FPX, a bit of rustiness would be understandable, but if the world champion comes back in full form, look for him to a major factor in a potential TOP triumph.
