For players who are not sure what new features the mobile version of the game will have compared to the PC version, Riot Games has confirmed that Galaxies Little Legends, themed Arena Skins and Ranked Play will all be available from the get-go. As for the minimum specs required to downloaded TFT on mobile:  for iOS, iPhone 6 and for Android, OS 7 or higher.

“Since launching TFT on PC just last year, we've been overwhelmed by the incredible response from players,” said Dax Andrus, TFT Product Lead. “Players have been asking us for more ways to play TFT, and we’re excited to share a mobile version that feels authentic to the PC experience while also keeping in mind the nuances and optimization features that mobile players love."

I think the founder of TFT, the mobile universal, is very reasonable right now, because the situation of ncovid epidemic is straining the net shops to close, making the number of lol players on pc reduced. if updating lol speed war and lol tft on mobile would be very appropriate.
