NC announced on the 4th that it has launched the 'Cruel Snowy Village of Oren' update for its online game, Lineage Classic.

Starting the 4th, Lineage Classic players can explore various new content, including the winter-dominated Oren world and the new Ivory Tower dungeon. Additionally, Oren, a new server specialized for player-versus-player (PvP) combat, will officially open at 8:00 PM on the 4th.

Players can encounter powerful ice-attribute monsters such as Iron Golems, Yetis, and Snowmen in key field hunting grounds within the Oren world, including the Elmore Battlefield and the Snowy Wall. On June 10, the Ice Crystal Cave dungeon, featuring the boss monster Ice Queen, will also be added to the Oren region.

The newly introduced Ivory Tower is a dungeon that can be played freely without time limits. NPCs for quests are stationed from the entrance up to the 3rd floor, while powerful monsters appear from the 4th to the 8th floors. The final boss of the Ivory Tower is Demon; defeating it offers a chance to obtain unique items such as the Moon Longbow, the spellbook 'Immune to Harm,' and the Ssuul-Abi Sword.

In addition, NC has updated the game with new transformations for level 55 characters—Dark Knight, Dark Ranger, and Dark Magister—as well as two new pets: the Husky and the Collie. On June 10, exclusive quests and rewards for reaching level 50 will also be added.

All players can participate in the Oren update pre-registration until July 1. Participants will receive common rewards, including a Snowman appearance bead, a magic charm pouch, and a 7-day Infinite Teleport Scroll, along with additional server-specific rewards.
