Nexon announced on the 22nd that it has updated the mobile and PC MMORPG 'HIT2,' developed by Nexon Games, to include the new 'Relic Occupation Battle - Guild War' content for Origin servers. Alongside this, the company is expanding content for Classic servers, including new regions, and launching growth support events.
The highlight of this update is the 'Relic Occupation Battle - Guild War' added to Origin servers. This expansion of the existing Relic Occupation Battle turns it into a guild-based competitive mode where up to 50 players per guild can face off to control key points. Occupying a relic grants a buff effect, and upon the conclusion of a match, Tier points and Rewards are distributed based on the outcome. Final Tiers are determined based on performance over an eight-week season, with special Tier-specific Rewards to be provided.
New hunting content has also been added to Classic servers. A level 65 section has opened in the 'Sanctuary of Lament' Dungeon, and the new region 'Last Haven of the Great Sea' has been added to the 'Hideout of the Fallen.' Players can encounter the new Boss 'Venukadal' in this region, and upon its Elimination, they can obtain 'Onyx,' a material used to upgrade Ancient Grade Equipment.
Furthermore, the growth stages for Party dungeons and the Potential system have been expanded on Origin servers. For both Origin and Classic servers, a balance overhaul has been implemented to adjust the Monster difficulty and Reward systems in certain areas of the 'Void Mist Forest' within the 'Hideout of the Fallen.'
Growth support events commemorating the update are also underway. The 'Chaos Growth Mission,' running until July 28, provides Ancient or Epic pet challenge cards and 'Relic Liberation Coins' depending on the server. These coins can be collected further through the subsequent 'Relic Liberation' event and exchanged in a special Shop for various growth Items, including Legendary and Ancient Grade cards and Epic Gear crafting manuals.
Separately, Nexon plans to support character growth by holding a series of events, including the 'Dodo's Growth Support Attendance Book,' which will run sequentially until August 12.
