Red Bull India has unveiled Red Bull Solo Legends, a landmark esports competition set to become the country’s biggest solo Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournament. The event aims to spotlight individual skill, strategy, and adaptability in a game typically dominated by team play.
The multi-phase tournament will feature a mix of online and on-ground stages, bringing together thousands of participants from across India. Amateur players will have the rare chance to compete against some of the nation’s best-known professionals, including Jonathan “Jonathan Gaming” Amaral, Tanishk “Admino” Singh, Ashutosh “Punk” Singh, Sahil “Omega” Jakhar, Sohail “Hector” Shaikh, Mohammed “Owais” Lakhani, and several others.
The competition’s top finisher will be crowned India’s best solo BGMI player and will receive an exclusive international Red Bull Racing experience — a prize combining the thrill of gaming with the adrenaline of motorsport.
Spotlight on Solo Play
Unlike traditional BGMI tournaments that emphasize teamwork and coordination, Red Bull Solo Legends challenges players to rely solely on their individual mechanics and tactical instincts.
“Every pro player’s journey starts solo,” said Red Bull Athlete Jonathan Amaral. “You learn every role and how to handle pressure on your own. This tournament is a perfect chance for solo players to show what they can do.”
Red Bull Solo Legends also continues the company’s push into India’s growing esports scene. Red Bull has supported gaming through its Mobile Esports Open series and partnerships with organizations such as GodLike Esports. The brand has previously collaborated with creators like Ujjwal “Techno Gamerz” Chaurasia and Ankit “V3nom” Panth to grow the competitive gaming ecosystem.
According to Omega, one of India’s top BGMI pros, solo play “tests your all-round abilities” and forces players to master “every choice you make — from rotations to engagements.” Updates, match highlights, and announcements will be shared on Red Bull India’s official social media channels.
