Nexon's long-running casual game 'Crazy Arcade' is ending its 25-year journey. Nexon announced on the 11st that service for 'Crazy Arcade' will officially terminate on August 13 at 9:00 AM.

In its notice, Nexon expressed its sentiments, stating, "We have been able to continue this long journey thanks to all of you who have been with us since the day we first met in 2001. We sincerely apologize to our users who may be shocked by this sudden news, and we will cherish the support, love, and memories you have shared with us."

Ahead of the service termination, Nexon ended all sales of paid items in the in-game Shop and concluded all ongoing events following maintenance on the 11st. Consequently, all purchases using Nexon Cash have been completely blocked. However, items sold for Lucci, the in-game currency, remain available for purchase, and items stored in the temporary inventory can still be claimed or refunded within 7 days.

A final appreciation event for users has also been prepared. From after the maintenance on the 11st until the service ends on August 13, EXP and Lucci acquisition rates will be increased by 10x at all times, and special reward items will be provided for completing limited-time missions. Access to the game and the official website will be permanently blocked on August 13 at 9:00 AM, and all posts will be deleted.

Refund requests from users will be accepted via a dedicated page from the 11st until September 16 at 11:59 PM. Eligible for refunds are all items purchased with paid Nexon Cash in the in-game Shop between March 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM and June 11, 2026, at 9:00 AM; these will be fully refunded regardless of whether the items were used.

Additionally, paid items purchased between June 11, 2025, at 9:00 AM and March 11, 2026, at 8:59 AM that remain unclaimed in the temporary inventory are also eligible for refunds. For unused time-based or consumable items claimed during the same period, the remaining value will be calculated on a pro-rata basis as of the maintenance time on the 11st. Purchases made using CP or free Nexon Cash are excluded, and approved refunds will be issued sequentially in the form of Nexon Cash starting in October.
