NeoPle (CEO Yoon Myung-jin) is conducting an intensive recruitment drive for double-digit hires across 12 departments at its Jeju headquarters until August 23 to strengthen the live service competitiveness of its online action RPG, Dungeon & Fighter.
The recruitment drive, based at the company's Jeju headquarters in Nohyeong-dong, Jeju City, seeks to fill double-digit positions across 12 roles, including game design, programming, game operations, and technical support. By leveraging the signature impact and exhilarating action of Dungeon & Fighter—a global IP with a dedicated fanbase—the company aims to further enhance user satisfaction with the addition of new talent. Applications are open until August 23 via the Nexon Company recruitment website.
To improve the candidate experience, the hiring process has been streamlined. The previous two-stage interview process has been consolidated into a one-day interview held at NeoPle’s Seoul office. Successful candidates will receive various benefits, including annual welfare points and a recharge leave every three years. Additionally, for employees relocating from outside Jeju, the company provides housing or housing subsidies, as well as quarterly airfare support for employees, their spouses, and children to help them settle comfortably on the island.
"Strengthening the live service of Dungeon & Fighter is NeoPle's top priority," said NeoPle CEO Yoon Myung-jin. "We look forward to interest from talented individuals who are ready to take on new challenges and grow with Dungeon & Fighter in Jeju."
