In Sol: Enchantment (hereinafter 'Sol'), Hit is one of the most important stats for progressing to higher-level hunting grounds. If your Hit is insufficient, you will often find yourself unable to land attacks on mobs, preventing you from gaining any EXP or Nine, even if your other stats are high enough.

One of the various ways to boost your Hit is through the Collection system. Many users are curious about the 'Evidence of Corruption' collection because it requires 'Shards of Corruption,' which cannot be obtained through standard methods. Since this collection provides both Hit and Damage bonuses without requiring Diamonds or Nine, it is highly recommended to complete it if possible. Here is a quick guide on how to obtain Shards of Corruption.

To complete the Evidence of Corruption collection, you need to gather Shards of Corruption. Obtaining them is not very difficult. Shards of Corruption are dropped by a special monster called the 'Forsaken,' which, surprisingly, spawns in many low-level hunting grounds.

I recommend the Coastal Fields, Rio Winery, Vineyards, and Rio Plains. Other hunting grounds are often crowded with players or feature monsters with levels so high that you are likely to be chased by aggressive mobs. However, the four areas mentioned above are mostly passed through during the story, meaning there are few players hunting there, making it relatively easy to find the Forsaken.

As you explore the recommended hunting grounds, you will see a large, three-headed monster floating in the air—that is the Forsaken. Although it is quite sturdy for a monster in a low-level area and takes some time to defeat, it does not deal much damage, so the difficulty is low.

I found one in the Rio Plains during the morning. It is much easier to find them right after server maintenance when there are fewer players. I did a few laps to collect 50 shards, and aside from one instance at the Rio Winery where someone else beat me to it, I rarely had trouble finding them.

Only one Forsaken spawns per map, and it takes a long time to respawn, so you may often waste your time if someone else has already defeated it. Rather than constantly scouring all four maps, I recommend checking these hunting grounds two or three times a day when you have some spare time.
