Golden Guardians have decided to promote huhi to their main roster for the League of Legends Championship Series this weekend in hopes to "improve the team's communication," likely in an effort to push to playoffs. On the 19th of February (KST), Gen.G Esports took on Hanwha Life Esports in the 2020 League of Legends Champions Korea Spring Split. Gen.G Esports had a quick 2-0 win and stepped up to second place. One of the biggest surprises in the match was that Sett was picked as support in the second game. After the match, Gen.G Esports support, Kim “Life” Jeong-min joined the media room for an interview.

Dignitas fills in their final Academy spot, signing former IMT, TL, and GG support, Olleh. This completes the DIG Academy squad with 5 former LCS veterans, giving them a stacked roster and a lot of places for substitutions and swap-outs for the LCS.
After visa issues with their previous Academy top lane signing, Rodov, Dignitas has signed former LCS top laner, Lourlo. Dignitas is now only lacking a support player for their Academy roster, boasting four veterans on the Academy so far.
Evil Geniuses has announced their Academy bot lane, signing support, Matt, and ADC, Deftly. The two are former GGS teammates, and will likely be a strong point in the new EG Academy roster, opening up potential for young talent elsewhere. Read more here:
