Smilegate will officially launch NPIXEL's new MMORPG, ECLIPSE: The Awakening, on September 10. Aiming for an 'MMOLite' experience that reduces the burden of play, the game features time-based progression content, strategic combat, and optional PVP.

Smilegate announced on the 7th that it will officially launch the NPIXEL-developed MMORPG ECLIPSE: The Awakening (hereinafter ECLIPSE) on September 10.

ECLIPSE is set in 'Ederion,' a world that prospered under divine blessing, and 'Orthea,' which exists in its shadows. The story follows humanity as it seeks free will and awakening amidst the absolute order of the church.

The game aims to be an 'MMOLite,' maintaining the growth and competitive elements typical of the MMORPG genre while lowering the barrier to entry. To this end, it will offer time-based progression content called 'Sanctuary,' strategic combat utilizing weapon selection and skill fusion systems, and PVP that players can choose to participate in.

Ahead of the official launch, Smilegate is accepting pre-registrations via the ECLIPSE official website, Google Play, and the App Store. Participants will receive rewards to aid early-game progression, including an Unique grade 'Transcendence card' and a 'Weapon Skin Selection Ticket.'

Rewards and events are also available for users who add the official KakaoTalk Channel. Adding the channel grants a limited-edition skin, and users will also receive weekly 'Special Coupons' personally curated by Lee Sang-moon, the General PD of ECLIPSE.

Through these coupons, users can receive weekly rewards, including Transcendence and weapon skin cards that can yield up to Legend grade items, as well as gold. The final round guarantees an Epic grade accessory, the 'Eclipse Ring.' Additionally, events offering prizes such as the latest tablet devices will be held.
