Summer Limited PILGRIM NIKKE: Cinderella: Crystal Wave
Does she live up to the reputation of a limited PILGRIM?
We've gathered the key information, including a comparison with the currently rerunning Summer Dorothy.

So, is she better than Rapi?
Goddess of Victory: Nikke is currently holding a pickup event for 'Cinderella: Crystal Wave' (Swimsuit Cinderella, 'Swim-della'). As a summer limited PILGRIM NIKKE, she has a very low 1% pull rate and is only available for a limited time. Since she requires Gold Mileage or a significant amount of Gems, many players are likely debating whether to pull for her.
The biggest question is her firepower. As a damage dealer, her natural point of comparison is the Tier 0 Nikke in the same category: 'Rapi: Red Hood' (Rapi). Rapi is currently considered the best damage dealer in the game. To give you the conclusion first: in terms of raw firepower, Swim-della surpasses Rapi. In shooting range tests, even accounting for the fact that our Swim-della had slightly higher Overload gear enhancements, a noticeable difference in firepower was confirmed.
Of course, Rapi's strengths aren't limited to just firepower. With her dual elemental code, excellent AOE damage, and the versatility of being able to use her Burst 1, it's hard to say Swim-della is better based solely on damage. However, the fact that she can output higher damage than the formidable Rapi is certainly a clear strength for Swim-della.

Can she be used in stages?
Swim-della's skill set is specialized for single targets, meaning she is built for Raids. While she primarily uses an MG-type weapon, she can switch to an SR depending on the situation. Her Skill 1 follow-up attacks and her Burst skill are also focused on single targets.
However, her Skill 2 allows for some AOE damage. If she enters Full Burst while her own Full Burst is not active, she can deal powerful AOE damage. Of course, it's not the same sustained AOE damage as 'Rapi: Red Hood,' so it's hard to call her a stage specialist. That said, her base stats are so high and she has enough AOE capability that she is definitely worth using for beginners who haven't completed their decks yet.

Can she be used in off-element Raids?
High-firepower Nikkes don't worry much about elemental codes. Nikkes like Rapi, Snow White: Innocent Days, the original Cinderella, and Dorothy: Serendipity (Swimsuit Dorothy, 'Swim-Doro') are active in Solo Raids regardless of the code. This is possible because these Nikkes rely on raw stats to overwhelm enemies rather than elemental advantages.
Swim-della is the same. Looking at her skills, while she doesn't gain effects from elemental codes, she possesses powerful self-buffs and high skill coefficients. Furthermore, her form-change ability allows her to respond flexibly to boss matchups. For these reasons, Swim-della is expected to be a staple in various Solo Raids regardless of the elemental code.

Is the Burst generation option noticeable?
In the current meta, MGs are the best weapon type for damage dealers. Their firepower is stable, and many recent skills provide various effects based on hit counts, which they can utilize well. However, MGs have a fatal flaw: slow Burst generation. Therefore, it is difficult to run a pure MG squad.
However, Swim-della has an option in her Skill 1 that generates Burst gauge based on hit counts. In practice, while it's not as fast as a dedicated Burst generator, she can charge the Burst smoothly even with an MG. Thanks to this, you can form a 5-MG team for a Little Mermaid (Seiren) specialized party without falling behind on Burst generation. It's a very useful utility.

Can she be used in PVP?
As shown, Swim-della can perform well in most PvE content. However, PVP is a different story. Unfortunately, she is currently considered to have low aptitude for PVP.
While her base stats are excellent, she lacks skills that can quickly pressure the entire enemy team early on. Additionally, in PVP, firing the first Burst is the most important factor, and Swim-della's Burst generation speed is very slow when used alone. She has a decoy that guarantees some survivability, but this is not considered effective enough for the current PVP meta.

Swim-Doro vs. Swim-della, who should I pull first?
Looking at the recruitment screen, Swim-Doro's pickup is also running alongside Swim-della. Swim-Doro is a limited PILGRIM NIKKE released last year, and she also possesses uniquely powerful performance. She is the final piece that completes the highly versatile shotgun deck, and her base stats are so high that she performs well in various water-code content even outside of shotgun decks. She is very similar to Swim-della in that she overwhelms enemies with raw stats regardless of the code.
Both Nikkes are incredibly strong—beyond common sense—and because they are limited, it is highly recommended to get both if possible. However, if you absolutely have to choose one, we recommend prioritizing Swim-della. Her base stats are higher, she is more versatile, and her stage aptitude makes her a great choice for beginners.
This just means Swim-della has a slight priority; we still strongly recommend getting both.
