As expected, T1 has successfully advanced to the 2026 MSI Bracket Stage without a hitch.
On the 1st, at the Daejeon Convention Center Exhibition Hall 2, T1 once again swept Team Liquid 3-0 in the fourth round of the Play-In Stage, proving once again just how formidable T1 is on the international stage. Choi 'Doran' Hyun-joon, who contributed to the victory with clutch plays that turned the tide whenever the team looked shaky, shared his thoughts after the match: "Coming to Daejeon and playing alongside Kkumdori, the city's mascot, put me in a good mood, and I think that helped things go well."

Regarding their advancement to the Bracket Stage, he added, "Since the competition is so fierce, I was worried about whether we could make it through easily, so it's meaningful to have advanced undefeated." When asked about T1's perfect 9-0 record from three consecutive 3-0 sweeps, he humbly replied, "There were some games where I felt we could have played better, but we won many of them because my teammates performed so well."
On meeting 'Morgan' again after a long time, he said, "He's a player I've faced many times in the LCK, so it wasn't difficult to analyze him, and it was fun to play against him again after so long." When asked about his mindset heading into the rest of the MSI, he said, "I'm not doing anything special; I'm just trying to approach it comfortably, as I always do."
T1 is set to face BLG in their first match of the Bracket Stage. 'Doran' concluded the interview with a witty remark: "I saw the interview where 'Bin' said he would teach the LCK a lesson—I'll have to teach him some manners."
