Marcin "Jankos" Jankowski has once again made LEC history. During the 2022 LEC Spring Split Playoffs series against Team Vitality, the G2 Esports veteran made history by becoming the second player to pass 1,500 total kills in Europe. The only other player to do so is Martin "Rekkles"  Larsson,  while Jankos is the first jungler to do so.

It was in the last year that Jankos raced his series opponent and former teammate Luka "Perkz" Perković to reach the milestone.  Players affiliated with G2 make up the bulk of those with the most kills in the LEC, with Martin "Wunder" Nordahl Hansen and Rasmus "caPs" Winther also placing. Jankos is the only jungler in the League to be ranked in the top ten of kills.

Jankos is one of the greatest and most experienced players in League of Legends. Originally competing with Bajona Robimy w 15 at the beginning of 2013, he has been a regular fixture in the European and international League of Legends scenes ever since. Past teams of his include GF-Gaming, Team ROCCAT, and H2K.

Past accomplishments of his include several LEC titles, a win at MSI 2019, and a run to the finals at the 2019 League of Legends World Championship. Individual honors include winning back-to-back MVP awards, as well as being a four-time member of the EU 1st All-Pro Team. Past milestones in the LEC for him include becoming the second player to reach 1,000 kills, the third player to reach 100 playoff matches, and the first player to reach 300 wins.  Due to his consistency and success throughout the years, some have even argued him to be the greatest jungler of all time.
