The groups for the 2021 League of Legends World Championship were drawn Wednesday, setting up the initial storylines for the crown event of the year. Taking place Oct. 11-18, the groups will determine the top 8 teams to advance to the playoffs. Before that, the Play-in stage will run Oct. 5-9 to determine which four teams will make the group stage top 16.
