NC's idle RPG 'Journey of Monarch' will end its service on August 12, 2026, approximately two years and eight months after its official launch on December 4, 2024.

NC announced the service termination via a notice on the 'Journey of Monarch' official website on the 3rd. The service will officially conclude on August 12, 2026, and sales of paid items will be suspended following the regular maintenance on July 8. While the game app will remain available for download until 12:00 PM on August 7, it will be removed thereafter, with the final service shutdown occurring at 12:00 AM on August 12. Details regarding refunds will be provided in a future announcement. With about a month remaining until the service ends, further guidance is expected to be released soon.

In its announcement, NC stated, "It is with a heavy heart that we bring our precious journey with our Masters to a close. We are deeply grateful for the encouragement, support, and unwavering love you have shown us. We once again thank all the Masters who have cherished "Journey of Monarch," and we will do our utmost to ensure a smooth experience for you until the very end."
