NC (co-CEOs Kim Taek-jin and Park Byung-moo) announced that its IT service subsidiary, NC IDS, has changed its name to NC AX (CEO Lee Jae-jin) and is embarking on a new chapter as a company specializing in AI Transformation (AX).

Since its establishment in October 2024, the company has aimed to become an 'AX-centric enterprise' that applies and commercializes artificial intelligence (AI) technology in industrial settings. Through this name change, the company plans to strengthen its identity as an AX firm and expand its AI-based business competitiveness.

NC AX will collaborate with NC AI, which holds core AI technologies, to accelerate AX initiatives for NC and its major affiliates. The company intends to maximize synergy by integrating NC AI's technology with its own development expertise in areas such as △Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), △business system development, △platforms, and △applications.

"Building on our expertise in process improvement and application development, we will continue to expand our AX business scope and strengthen related services in collaboration with NC AI," said Lee Jae-jin, CEO of NC AX.
