Following T1's 2-0 victory over Gen.G at the 'House of Gen.G' event during the 2026 LCK Team Roadshow, held at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Ilsan on the 31st, T1 Acting Head Coach Lim Jae-hyeon and player 'Oner' Mun Hyeon-jun shared their thoughts on the win.

Reflecting on the match, Acting Head Coach Lim assessed, "The first set was clean with no major mistakes. In the second set, we started at a disadvantage, but we trusted our scaling rather than forcing a non-ADC composition, and we managed to turn it around." 'Oner' added, "I was a bit worried because our team atmosphere hasn't been great lately, but I went into the match with a 'must-win' mindset. The second set didn't go exactly as planned, but it's meaningful that we secured a comeback victory."

Regarding the shaky start in the second set due to the opponent's counter-jungling, 'Oner' calmly recalled, "Even though we were at a disadvantage, we had faith in each other, so I was confident we could win. Counter-jungling is a common occurrence in games, so it didn't affect my mental state."

They also shared their thoughts on Gen.G's performance. Acting Head Coach Lim noted, "Gen.G is usually a solid and skilled team, but watching their play in the first set, I got the feeling they were a bit stiff. Thanks to that, I was able to watch the first set relatively comfortably."

Finally, when asked who played the biggest role in the second-set comeback, Mun Hyeon-jun said, "Every player did well, but 'Phase' deserves the most credit for staying composed and holding the center without crumbling." He concluded the interview by praising the team's collective effort, adding, "'Doran' Choi Hyun-joon did a great job taking down towers despite a tough matchup against Varus, and 'Oner' and 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok managed to overcome their early struggles."
