NEXUS (CEO Jang Hyun-guk) has signed a three-way memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Changer, a digital asset custody and settlement firm authorized by the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), and PayTheFly, a virtual asset payment technology platform.

Changer is a virtual asset custody and settlement company that has obtained digital asset custody and brokerage licenses from the ADGM FSRA. PayTheFly is a Dubai-based payment technology firm operated by DeScript Labs that provides the technical infrastructure enabling merchants to accept virtual asset payments and settle them in fiat currency.

Through this agreement, the three companies will jointly build a global game payment and settlement infrastructure within the regulatory framework of the United Arab Emirates (UAE). NEXUS plans to adopt a verified payment and settlement framework based on ADGM FSRA authorization to ensure regulatory stability for services targeting global users and partners.

Furthermore, the three companies intend to use this partnership as a hub for Korea-UAE digital asset payment cooperation. They aim to expand their network with UAE institutions while serving as a collaborative gateway for Korean game companies preparing to enter the local regulated payment infrastructure.
