T1 breathed a sigh of relief after winning Game 3. While they remain on the brink of elimination, the victory shifted the momentum and kept their hopes alive for Game 4.

In Game 3, 'Oner' Mun Hyeon-jun's Lee Sin made an early gank to the top lane, handing 'Broken Blade's' Yasuo his first death. G2 Esports countered in the bottom lane, with 'Yike's' Skarner ganking to take down 'Phase' Kim Su-hwan's Xayah. G2 Esports looked to maintain their momentum with a solo kill from Yasuo, but T1's bottom lane stepped up. They landed effective hits alongside Lee Sin to even the kill count, and later produced a highlight play by securing a double kill in a 2v2 bottom lane skirmish.

G2 Esports struck back immediately. Skarner intervened in the bottom lane again to secure another kill, and a perfectly timed ultimate skill in a top-side teamfight led to a major victory for them. T1's bottom duo responded once more; 'Keria' Ryu Min-seok used Rakan's ultimate skill to catch Yasuo, helping the team secure their second Dragon stack and picking off Yasuo again as he cleared the bottom lane. Skarner, who engaged to mitigate the losses, was also taken down. The balance of power remained precarious.

As the third Dragon spawned, a tense standoff ensued. G2 Esports successfully denied the stack and secured multiple kills in the ensuing fight, fueled by the explosive damage from 'Caps' Aurora. T1 managed to catch Aurora with an ambush, but they lost both Lee Sin and Xayah to the rapidly collapsing G2 Esports main force. T1's remaining members threw themselves into the fray to successfully defend the Baron.

Then, around the 24-minute mark, a massive turning point occurred: Xayah solo-killed Aurora. With a numerical advantage, T1 had no reason to avoid a fight. They caught G2 Esports entering their jungle, finished off Varus, and forced a teamfight at Baron to secure additional kills. With the Baron Buff in hand, T1 swept up four kills in a bottom-lane skirmish, pushed down an inhibitor, and opened up a significant lead for the first time.

After resetting, T1 returned to the battlefield, where 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok's Sylas used a stolen Skarner ultimate skill to hook the enemy Skarner. The skirmish erupted into a 5v5 teamfight. T1 initiated with a superior formation, eliminated Skarner, and successfully secured a clean ace. Marching into the empty bottom lane, T1 put an end to Game 3.
