Epic Games Korea announced on the 23rd that it has opened pre-registration for UNREAL FEST Seoul 2026, which will be held on August 20 and 21 at the Grand InterContinental Seoul Parnas (Harmony Ballroom and Atlas Hall) in Gangnam District, Seoul.
UNREAL FEST is Epic Games' flagship annual event. First launched in Korea in 2010, it introduces developers to the latest technologies in Unreal Engine and the Epic ecosystem, while sharing innovative real-time 3D interactive production experiences across various industries.
This year's event will feature over 40 sessions covering diverse industries, including gaming, media and entertainment, and manufacturing and simulation, starting with a keynote by CEO Tim Sweeney. Some sessions will also be broadcast online. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore the latest technologies and use cases from across the Epic ecosystem, including Unreal Engine 5.8, Unreal Editor for Fortnite (UEFN), MetaHuman, and Epic Online Services.
Participants can also gain practical insights into interactive 3D content production through various real-world project case studies, such as real-time rendering, animation, virtual production, digital twins, and AI-based production workflows.
The event will feature Epic Games' popular hands-on technology experience program, allowing attendees to see the potential of Unreal Engine and the Epic ecosystem firsthand. Notably, a new indie game showcase has been added this year, providing a chance to experience domestic and international indie games developed with Unreal Engine.
Those wishing to attend UNREAL FEST Seoul 2026 can register via the Epic Lounge website. Early bird tickets are available at a 50% discount until July 13. All attendees will also receive limited-edition event merchandise.
