GameTree announced on the 10th that its stress-relieving comedy harem RPG, 'That Guy is a Dragon,' has launched a soccer season-themed update titled 'Dragon Cup of Passion.

This update is centered around various themed content and events designed to let players enjoy the soccer season atmosphere within the game. By participating in the events, users can earn various rewards for free, including the new Legend-grade Spirit 'Black Tortoise' and limited-edition soccer-themed Skins.

Users can earn event Resources just by logging in daily, and these can be exchanged in the limited-time Shop for various items, including the 'Ruler of the Ground' Skin for Pompeii and the new Legend-grade Spirit, Black Tortoise.

A new Penalty Kick Minigame has also been added. Consisting of five stages, this content involves dragging a soccer ball to hit moving targets at the right time, with additional Rewards available for successful consecutive combos.

Furthermore, the update for the new Mythic-grade Spirit, 'Thor, God of Thunder,' has been teased. This is expected to allow users to experience more diverse party combinations and strategic play. A special story capturing the girls' daily lives and their dreams of soccer has also been released, allowing users to enjoy episodes with a unique emotional touch alongside the excitement of the soccer season.

During the 'Dragon Cup' and 0.5-anniversary special broadcast held last week, news of a collaboration with the chicken brand Toreore was also revealed. Starting June 12, this collaboration will feature a special set menu based on the game's concept, with limited-edition merchandise such as photo cards and keycap keyrings provided upon purchase.

The special broadcast also unveiled future content plans, including a 'Summer Swimsuit Festival' update scheduled for next month.
