Level-5 held its 'Level-5 Vision 2026' showcase to unveil its latest titles. The event was broadcast via YouTube.
During the showcase, it was announced that the upcoming title Professor Layton and the New World of Steam will also be released on PS5 and PC.
In addition, Level-5 unveiled several new projects for the first time, including a new entry in its core Yo-kai Watch IP, a new Snack World title, a brand-new mobile game IP developed in collaboration with NHN PlayArt, and a mobile version of Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time (working title).
Additional platforms have been announced for the game currently in development, 'Professor Layton and the New World of Steam.' In addition to the previously confirmed Nintendo Switch and its successor, the game will also be available on PS5 and PC.
The latest installment in the Professor Layton series, this title takes place one year after the events of Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. Set in Steam Bison, America—a city even more advanced than London—the game follows Professor Layton and Luke as they embark on a new adventure sparked by a mysterious incident.
Professor Layton and the New World of Steam will officially support Korean and is scheduled for release in 2026.

The first title revealed was Petit Poyo of the Fantasy World. Developed by Level-5 and NHN PlayArt—the team behind Yo-kai Watch Wibble Wobble—this is a mobile puzzle game in the style of Suika Game, which will also feature short animations and merchandise. The protagonist, Unikuma, is a very cute creature that is a cross between a unicorn and a bear, and various other 'Petit Poyo' characters will appear as well.
A new project following 'Yo-Kai Watch Wibble Wobble,' titled the 'Detective Cat Matanosuke' series, has been unveiled. The series was originally in development as a new direction for the Yo-Kai Watch franchise but was specifically reimagined for Wibble Wobble.
Set in the late Meiji era, the story follows novelist Natsume Soseki and a cat reincarnated as a yo-kai as they solve mysterious cases. This Wibble Wobble update is set to introduce an entirely new, large-scale story format.

Following its release last year, 'Fantasy Life i: The Girl Who Steals Time' is coming to mobile this year. Like the original, the mobile version features a vast open world, allowing players to experience various content through touch controls optimized for mobile devices.
The game supports both cross-save and cross-play, allowing players to enjoy adventures together across all platforms. It will be a one-time premium purchase that grants access to all content, and the mobile version will include all DLC released for the console version to date.

Snack World: Reloaded, a remake of Snack World: Trejarers, was also announced. The release date is TBD, and it is slated for Nintendo Switch 2, PS5, and PC.
The game is receiving major updates to gameplay, controls, and story to make it feel like an entirely new experience. The graphics have also been significantly upgraded to create the feeling of exploring a diorama. A new mode is also planned that will allow players to take on the role of the anime protagonist, Chup, and play from his perspective.
Detailed information regarding the new titles revealed today can be found in the showcase video on Level-5's official YouTube channel.
