After a difficult start to the first week with two defeats, Kiwoom DRX turned the tide against Hanjin Brion today, refusing to give up and successfully staging a comeback to claim their first victory.

Below is the full interview with Kiwoom DRX's 'Ucal' Son Woo-hyeon.

Q. It wasn't an easy match. How do you feel about getting your first win?

Our practice sessions have been going well, and we were in a favorable position during the early and mid-game in our previous matches too. It was frustrating to lose those leads, so I'm happy we secured the win today.

Q. Things didn't go as planned in the first week, did they?

We were too focused on our own game plan and failed to anticipate what our opponents were going to do, which is why things didn't work out.

Q. What went well today, and what was disappointing?

I think we did a good job of predicting the opponent's plays, which went well. The disappointing part was that our response to Kha'zix wasn't very good.

Q. Game 2 was a long, 47-minute match. What was the turning point?

The game was very tough. When 'Rich' caught the Aurora and secured the shutdown kill, I thought we could turn it around.

Q. Your initiation after forcing Varus' Flash with Annie's pressure at the end was excellent?

Since Varus had Edge of Night, I thought it would be hard to kill him, so I decided to just focus on forcing his Flash, and it worked out well.

Q. The team seems more lively since 'LazyFeel' started playing?

'LazyFeel' is aggressive and is very good at playing based on the jungler's positioning, which I think is great.

Q. The Home Front is scheduled for a month from now. You'll want to improve your form before then, as the teams you'll be facing are tough, so this win today feels even more valuable.

The atmosphere during practice is really good. I'm happy with today's win, and I think we'll get good results in our next matches as well.
