Players are tasked with screening survivors, managing limited resources, and fending off the undead. Every choice carries weight, and a single mistake could unleash the plague beyond the barricades.

Using advanced equipment, players must identify signs of infection among terrified survivors and root out contraband and prohibited items to maintain checkpoint security. Survivors showing suspicious symptoms can be sent to quarantine for observation or to the lab for further testing, while healthy survivors can be sent to the living quarters to save their lives. Players must also decide how to deal with those already infected.

As the number of survivors grows, players are assigned missions to supply essential resources like power, food, and medicine. When alarms sound, they must pilot armed drones to prevent hordes of infected outside the base from breaching the walls. Efficient base management unlocks more resources, equipment, and weapon upgrades. If a quarantined survivor turns into an undead predator, players can collect samples to gain new equipment, staff EXP, and long-term upgrades.

Having sold over 750k copies worldwide, 'Quarantine Zone: The Last Check' now brings its unique checkpoint simulation gameplay to Xbox consoles. Future collaborations and patches already available on the PC platform will also be applied to the Xbox version.
