Smilegate HEEMANGSTUDIO (Chairman Kwon Hyuk-bin) announced on the 29th that it had conducted a volunteer project to support elderly veterans in collaboration with users from three 'Lost Ark' MMORPG communities.

The event was organized in honor of Patriots and Veterans Month to improve living conditions and provide livelihood support for veterans of the Korean War and the Vietnam War. Held on the 27th at the Nowon Senior Welfare Center in Seoul, the activity saw participation from approximately 50 users from Lost Ark communities, including 'Loawa', 'Lopec', and 'Iloa'.

Volunteers engaged in emotional support and living environment improvements for 75 elderly veterans. The participants first paired up with the seniors to create terrariums, sharing stories and building connections while planting and completing their projects together.

Following this, the volunteers visited the homes of the veterans to clean and maintain areas that are typically difficult to manage, such as electric fans and window frames, helping to create a more comfortable and safe living environment.

From the 10th of this month through July 12, the HEEMANGSTUDIO platform is also hosting a 'FUNding' donation campaign titled 'Improving Living Conditions and Providing Livelihood Support for Elderly Veterans.' All donations will be delivered to the Nowon Senior Welfare Center without any administrative deductions and will be used to provide daily necessities for the veterans.

FUNding: A collective term for donation campaigns run by HEEMANGSTUDIO, reflecting the idea that anyone can participate in giving in a 'fun' way.

Choi Jin-il, representative of the 'Loawa' community, said, "It was a very meaningful time to express our gratitude to veterans alongside other Lost Ark users during Patriots and Veterans Month. I am grateful to the Lost Ark users who joined HEEMANGSTUDIO in spreading positive influence, and I hope to continue this tradition of community-led, heartwarming charity."
