On the 27th, global e-sports agency Shadow Corporation signed a permanent legal advisory contract with the Shanghai-based law firm Jinghuheng to provide ongoing legal support for players and staff active in China's LPL.

This partnership establishes a close collaborative framework to ensure that Korean professional gamers active in the global market receive professional and prompt legal support when facing various issues in China, such as contract negotiations, dispute resolution, and the protection of their rights and interests.
Furthermore, the agency plans to build a diverse cooperative system to support the stable overseas activities and protect the rights of its represented players.
Shadow Corporation is a global esports agency representing numerous players both domestically and abroad. It currently manages and represents top-tier League of Legends players, including 'Oner' Moon Hyeon-joon, 'Zeka' Kim Geon-woo, 'Viper' Park Do-hyeon, 'Delight' Yoo Hwan-joong, and 'Kael' Kim Jin-hong.
Through this agreement, Shanghai Jinghuheng Law Firm will oversee the management of legal risks associated with the activities of Shadow Corporation's players in China. The scope of work includes reviewing and amending contracts with Chinese professional teams, providing local legal advice, preventing and responding to disputes, and drafting and reviewing legal documents to protect players' rights.
Attorneys Gang Nam-woo and Wang Hanzhi of Shanghai Jinghuheng Law Firm stated, "China is a core market in the global esports industry, and professional legal support is essential for protecting the rights of foreign players. We will actively support Korean players so they can operate stably in the Chinese market by providing practical assistance, including contract reviews, local legal advice, and dispute resolution."
