A Valuable Wind-Code Damage Dealer, and a High-Performance One at That: Arc Ranger Black

A Valuable Wind-Code Damage Dealer: Arc Ranger Black
A new Nikke, 'Arc Ranger Black (AR Black),' has been added to Goddess of Victory: Nikke. AR Black is a Wind-code, Burst III Attacker who uses an AR as her weapon.
The most notable aspect is her code. The Wind code is widely considered to lack powerful damage dealers. While individual units are decent, the overall pool is small, leaving players with few options. AR Black brings a significant advantage just by being a Wind-code unit, and her base stats are excellent. She is considered powerful enough to reach about 70–80% of the damage output of 'Liberalio,' the Pilgrim damage dealer of the same code.
As a valuable Wind-code Nikke with solid performance, she is a must-have for any Commander focused on Solo Raids.

Note her distributed damage! Excellent at breaking parts, too
There isn't much to watch out for when using AR Black; she is generally compatible with most parties. However, to maximize her damage potential, keep in mind that she excels against enemies with multiple or regenerating parts, and that she deals distributed damage.
Rather than a high-versatility damage dealer, she is more of a specialist for Wind-code advantage raids. For the time being, she is expected to be a staple in Wind-code advantage Solo Raids, regardless of the boss type.

Recommended Party Compositions for Arc Ranger Black
#. Anis - Crown - Arc Ranger Black - Sakura: Bloom in Summer - Privaty (Personal Item)

This party is built around highly versatile supporters. Arc Ranger Black pairs exceptionally well with 'Sakura: Bloom in Summer.' In fact, you can practically treat the two as a set. Of course, there is no issue with using her alongside other Wind-code damage dealers.
#. Miranda (Personal Item) - Nayuta - Arc Ranger Black - Rouge - Sakura: Bloom in Summer

A secondary or tertiary Wind-code party featuring Miranda with her Personal Item. Because Miranda requires careful adjustment of party Attack, this composition is slightly more difficult to build. For the Burst cooldown reduction totem, you can freely swap in various Nikkes like Rouge or D: Killer Wife.
