'Outerplane,' the strategy-based isekai RPG serviced by Major9, is celebrating its 3rd anniversary with a massive update and commemorative events.

Pre-registrations for the 3rd anniversary will be open on the official website until May 14. Participants will receive limited-edition costumes for three characters: Kanon, Tamara, and Lay. The rewards also include key in-game resources, such as 3,333 Ether and 33 Limited Tickets.

Major content updates are scheduled for May 19. The update introduces 'Midnight Rush Skadi,' a 3rd-anniversary limited-edition version of the popular character Skadi, reimagined as a phantom thief. This version features unique animations based on her persona as a daring thief who enjoys a good party.

A new event story, 'Heist Class, Highest Class,' will also be unveiled. The story follows Skadi, who has left her past behind, and Lay, who is looking to prove her growth, as they team up. Players can follow the duo as they embark on a heist mission tangled in debt and conspiracy.

Additionally, three new 'Midnight Rush' themed costumes for Lay, Dian, and Eris will be released. Players can earn Limited Tickets and 'Demiurge's Call,' a high-value recruitment resource, by participating in various in-game events such as daily logins and gameplay.

Combat content and progression systems for existing players are also being enhanced. A high-difficulty PvE mode, 'Dimensional Singularity,' is set to be added on May 6. Furthermore, the character level cap will be raised, laying the foundation for higher-level growth and combat experiences.

On May 19, a new companion interaction system will be officially introduced to deepen the bond between players and their characters. This will allow players to interact with their companions in new ways, serving as a feature to increase immersion in the game.

Offline engagement is also expanding. Outerplane will participate in 'Illustar Fes 11,' held at KINTEX in Ilsan from May 23 to 24. The booth will feature cosplayer events, sales of 3rd-anniversary limited merchandise and photobooks, and various interactive activities for visitors.

Major9 has consistently improved the game's quality through continuous content updates. This 3rd-anniversary update aims to provide an enhanced gameplay experience through new companions, stories, and system expansions.
