On the 6th, T1 defeated Dplus KIA 2-0 in the Legend Group match of the 2026 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) regular season, held at LoL PARK in Jongno. Showcasing a significantly bolstered performance, T1 put an end to the winning streak of Dplus KIA, who had been on a roll since their EWC victory.

T1 took the lead in Game 1. After securing early initiative with a bottom lane duo kill, T1 pressured the first Dragon and, instead of having it stolen, swept up three kills. During a teamfight for Void Grubs, 'Faker' Lee Sang-hyeok's Cassiopeia picked up a triple kill, extending T1's lead to 7-0. To make matters worse for Dplus KIA, they even conceded a solo kill in the bottom lane.

T1 continued to rack up kills through aggressive play, easily securing both the Rift Herald and three Dragons. Around the 20-minute mark, T1 caught out the opposing jungler and took Baron, widening their gold lead to over 7k. The growth gap was so significant that even with their mid and bottom laners caught first, 'Doran' Choi Hyun-joon's Ambessa and 'Oner' Moon Hyun-joon's Vi managed to secure two kills on their own.

As they positioned for the Hextech Soul, Ambessa flanked Dplus KIA's damage dealers to initiate a teamfight. 'Phase' Kim Su-hwan's Jhin followed up with his ultimate skill, resulting in a crushing victory for T1. After wiping out the enemy team, T1 marched down the mid lane to destroy the Nexus and take Game 1.

In Game 2, T1's bottom lane once again sounded the victory bell. In a pride-filled matchup of Lucian-Milio versus Caitlyn-Lux, 'Phase' and 'Keria'—playing the Lucian-Milio duo—secured a double kill in a pure 2v2 engagement. Dplus KIA attempted to rally behind 'Siwoo' Jeon Si-woo's Olaf, but T1 firmly seized control with their signature Baron burst.

Dplus KIA managed to minimize their losses at Baron thanks to Olaf catching 'Doran's' Jayce in the mid lane. However, the destructive power of a well-fed Lucian remained a constant threat. Finally, around the 33-minute mark during a mid-lane standoff, Lucian's explosive damage deleted 'ShowMaker' Heo Su's Syndra and 'Smash' Shin Geum-jae's Caitlyn.

T1 secured the Baron buff. Although 'Phase' was caught while attempting a surprise play, it had no impact on the outcome. Jayce took down both the Jarvan IV and Syndra who were targeting him, and with the numerical advantage, T1 marched into the enemy base to put an end to the match.
