NC (co-CEOs Kim Taek-jin and Park Byung-moo) has unveiled 'Lamus,' a new Arc Boss for the new region 'Nyx' in its MMORPG 'THRONE AND LIBERTY' (developed by FirstSpark Games, CEO Choi Moon-young, hereinafter TL).

Starting today (the 28th), players can challenge the new Arc Boss, 'Ramus.' Ramus is the first mountable Arc Boss introduced in TL. It is characterized by a battle featuring both the humanoid Ramus and the dragon 'Atirat.'

The humanoid Ramus evokes the image of a goddess of war. It wields a long blue spear and an orb, utilizing skills such as sword energy projectiles, large-scale lightning attacks, and charges. The dragon Atirat unleashes breath and physical damage on the ground, and also rains down breath attacks while flying in the sky.

The boss battle consists of two phases. In Phase 1, Lamus fights while mounted on Atirat, and the dragon also exhibits flight patterns during the encounter. Players can use the massive mountable weapon 'Dragon-Piercing Spear' to deal significant damage to Atirat. Once Atirat is defeated, the remaining Lamus enters a rage, transitioning the battle into Phase 2.

An update celebration event is also underway. NC is hosting the 'Arc Boss Double-Up' event until August 13, which doubles the frequency of Arc Boss appearances. During the event, Arc Bosses, including Ramus, will also appear on Tuesdays and Fridays. Additionally, the new Challenge Dimension, 'Cradle of the Iron Cat,' has been introduced.
