Kabam has outlined a packed July schedule for Marvel Contest of Champions, rolling out new events, giveaways and special quests tied to the upcoming “Fantastic Four: First Steps” release. The month opens with the Future Foundation event, inviting Summoners to tackle challenges across The Battlerealm in support of Reed Richards and his team. Collect “Research Grant” tokens during the Fantastic FORCE Saga to claim a seven-star Mister Fantastic, then embark on the Vaults of Variant side quest through July 9 to aid Richards in his multiverse experiments.

From June 20 through August 14, players who log in for seven days will unlock the Fantastic Four Supply Drop, earning Mister Fantastic, Invisible Woman, The Human Torch and Thing for their rosters. Meanwhile, the Heat Wave Sale runs through July 7, featuring discounted bundles and a seven-star Human Torch.

Two new villains arrive later this month. The Maker joins on July 17, followed by High Evolutionary on July 31. The Maker represents an alternate Reed Richards turned antagonist, while High Evolutionary reflects Herbert Wyndham’s pursuit of engineered “New Men.” Collectible two-star Doombots will also be introduced soon.

On July 16, Kabam will launch Squad Builder, a fresh quest format that challenges players to assemble high-scoring teams based on faction synergy and grade. Participants receive 52 free two-star champions for the mode; the initial Fantastic Force Recruitment event will debut later in the month, with a Twitch livestream offering deeper insights.

Competitive play continues as Battlegrounds enters Seasons 30 and 31. Gladiators’ Circuit qualifiers feed into Battlerealm Brawl 2025 at Summoners Fest, while an accompanying Realm Event lets all Summoners earn points and rewards across The Battlerealm.
