Rockstar Games has released a new set of Grand Theft Auto VI (GTA VI) screenshots, two weeks before the game's November 19th launch.
The studio announced on X (formerly Twitter) that the images are now live on a Launch Gallery page on the official GTA VI website. "Grand Theft Auto VI is now officially only two weeks away," Rockstar wrote, inviting fans to "enjoy a stunning look at Vice City and beyond." The post signed off with: "See you in Leonida on November 19."
The image attached to the post shows the game's two protagonists, Jason and Lucia, sitting in a convertible with the top down. Both are holding handguns as neon light reflects off the windscreen. The Launch Gallery itself is a scrolling collection of new shots of Vice City and the wider state of Leonida, and Rockstar's site also has a Media & Artwork section where official videos and screenshots can be downloaded.
The road to November 19th
GTA VI is set in Vice City, USA, and across the fictional state of Leonida. Rockstar describes its story as following Jason and Lucia, who "have always known the deck is stacked against them," and who end up in the middle of a criminal conspiracy after an easy score goes wrong. The game is due on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, and pre-orders are open now through the official site.
The new gallery follows the GTA VI launch trailer, which Rockstar released on October 15th. That trailer gave fans their first listen to "Flower in a Hurricane", a track by Justice featuring Tame Impala, SZA and King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard. Justice composed the game's original score, which Rockstar has confirmed will be released on December 11th, three weeks after the game comes out.
