LINE Games Corporation added the new character 'Kai' to The Genesis War: Mobile and is distributing the base character to all logged-in players. The publisher is also running events offering up to 300 summon tickets to returning players and up to 200 'Outer One Character Summon Tickets' to new players.
Developed by Meerkat Games, 'Kai' is an alternate variant of 'Cals Brandt' and an 'Alternative' character who walked a different fate from the original game. Set as one of the Ark's 'Number Siege', Kai is the first two-person duo character in The Genesis War: Mobile and summons 'Little Hellkite' in battle. Kai uses the ultimate skill 'Heaven and Earth Meteor Falling Wave' and can unleash the full potential of his exclusive weapon, 'Gigadeath'.
Along with the update, the 'Cosmos Saga Side Story' featuring 'Kai' as the protagonist was also revealed. It tells the story of 'Cals Brandt' after surviving a final showdown against 'Beradin' in another world.
Knight Order content has been revamped around the 'Knight Order Pass', where players earn rewards by gaining Pass EXP through order and individual activities, and the Order Special Currency Shop. A new 'Knight Order Daily Check-In System' was also added, granting tiered rewards as the total number of check-ins from all order members reaches specific milestones.
Player events will run until maintenance on November 3. Completing attendance missions in the 'Alternative Attendance Challenge' rewards players with items such as 'Cube of the Other Side', 'Parallel Cube', 'Dimension Key', 'Raznite', and 'High-Grade Phantom Thoughtform'.
Returning players can complete the 'Returning User 7-Day Missions' to obtain up to 300 summon tickets—including 'Cube of Destiny' and 'Cube of All Things'—as well as in-game currencies 'Bit' and 'Eld'. New players will receive up to 200 'Outer One Character Summon Tickets' through 'Outer One Support Event' missions.
In addition, the 'Innocence Skin' for 'Cyrano Bernstein' has been added to the Coin Exchange Shop. Players who acquire 'Kai' and complete 'Growth Missions' can earn 'SD Kai', 'Rank-Up and Class Change Materials', 'Raznite', and more.
