HoYoverse Korea announced on October 6 that a total of 34,000 people visited its comprehensive gaming festival, HoYoLAND 2026 (HoYoLAND2026), over four days from October 2 to 5. Five flagship HoYoverse titles participated in the event, which celebrated its third iteration this year.
The event was held in Halls 7 and 8 and the Outdoor Rear Plaza of Exhibition Center 2 at KINTEX in Ilsan. Honkai Impact 3rd, Genshin Impact, Tears of Themis, Honkai: Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero featured content allowing visitors to experience the universe of each game.
At the Honkai Impact 3rd booth, interactive events were held where participants followed clues to discover treasures and collectibles. The Genshin Impact booth offered missions structured like in-game 'Adventurers' Guild Commissions' brought to life.
The Tears of Themis hands-on zone featured a program where visitors could leave messages for the four male leads. At the Honkai: Star Rail booth, participants took on missions as 'Raccoon News apprentice reporters,' while the Zenless Zone Zero space offered an experience where attendees could waltz with 'Lemuel.'
The main stage hosted scheduled events and special performances throughout the day, as well as a fan art exhibition featuring community creations. A cosplay parade, where participants dressed as game characters interacted with attendees, brought the festival to a close.
Partner companies also operated on-site programs. Google Play presented limited-edition photocards and interactive giveaway events in Hall 8. Galaxy Store set up a hands-on zone for the Galaxy Z Fold8 Ultra and Fold8 in Hall 7, while Monster Energy ran events targeting adult visitors in the Outdoor Rear Plaza.
HoYoverse Korea plans to continue providing opportunities for fans to share their love for the games and build new experiences and memories. HoYoverse will also attend G-STAR 2026 in Busan this November for the first time in four years, showcasing Zenless Zone Zero, Honkai: Nexus Anima, and Petit Planet.
