To celebrate surpassing 120 million cumulative downloads for the mobile tower defense game The Battle Cats, PONOS is hosting Part 1 of a limited-time event and commemorative capsule draws starting from 11:00 a.m. on the 5th.
In this event, Cat Food will be rewarded through the Download Celebration Scratch Ticket. Players can acquire up to 5 Rare Tickets and 5 Cat Tickets from the commemorative log-in stamp card, while limited-time missions awarding a Rare Ticket upon clearing all dedicated event missions are also introduced.
A Special Event Capsule Draw where players can obtain limited characters and Platinum Shards is also open. Additionally, the "120 Million Downloads Celebration Party!" stage—which rewards the event capsule ticket "Sparkle of Legend"—and the high-difficulty stage "Fireworks Spectacular!", where players can obtain Catseyes, have been added.
For XP-related content, "Monthly Event All-Stars Super All-Stars!", providing up to 30 million XP, and "Super Guerilla XP Special", offering large amounts of XP, will be available. The event stage "Guerilla Mining Festival", where players can obtain Cat Cannon development materials, will also make an appearance.
In the limited-time Download Celebration Popularity Capsule Draw, the new Uber Rare character "Rock Koneko" joins the roster. In this draw, the drop rate for Legend Rares is increased by more than double. Details regarding the event can be found in the in-game notices.
