Seorin C&I has launched Thermalright's 28mm-thick TL-C12C-X28 V2 cooling fan series. The new product supports an airflow of 88.89 CFM and a static pressure of 2.1mm H2O at a maximum rotational speed of 1,850 RPM.
The lineup consists of two models: the black TL-C12C-X28 V2 and the white TL-C12CW-X28 V2. Each product measures 120mm in width, 120mm in height, and 28mm in thickness, featuring a thicker frame than standard 25mm cooling fans. Utilizing 4-pin PWM control, the rotational speed can be adjusted according to system temperatures.
The bearing adopts S-FDB (Sealed Fluid Dynamic Bearing) equipped with self-stabilization technology. Seorin C&I explained that the fan is designed to reduce vibration and wobbling of the blades when installed in a top-mount orientation, ensuring a stable operational lifespan.
The aerodynamically designed 120mm blades operate at a maximum noise level of 29.5 dBA. A reinforced strut structure and silicone mounts are also used to reduce micro-vibrations generated by the fan. According to the company, the fan is configured to maintain stable cooling performance even under a 100% system load.
The 28mm frame secures space to utilize the angle and surface area of the blades, improving airflow volume and horizontal directivity. It has a rated current of 0.3A and can be mounted on liquid cooler radiators and air cooling systems.
Warranty service is provided for the TL-C12C-X28 V2 and TL-C12CW-X28 V2 officially distributed by Seorin C&I.
