Attendee registration begins at 3:30 PM on the day. Starting at 4:00 PM, Part 1 will feature a one-hour public recording-style talk show, 'YoshiP Radio,' with Achabox as a guest. Following that, from 5:00 PM, Part 2, 'YoshiP Night,' will feature Jon McElroy under the topic 'From Annapurna to Fictions — Jon McElroy on the Future of Indie Games'. From 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM, after all talk sessions conclude, a networking session will be provided for speakers and attendees to interact directly.
The event is open to anyone interested, including active game creators, publishers, media, investment and business development professionals, as well as aspiring students and indie game fans. Those wishing to attend must apply in advance via an online Google Form.
