NCSOFT (Co-CEOs Kim Taek-jin and Park Byung-moo) announced that its MMORPG Lineage M will open new servers, introduce a class rework, and provide generous reward benefits through 'THE GOLDEN AGE' update on September 9.

Starting with this update, Lineage M will open new servers 'Giran' and 'Heine' within the 'Reboot World' and carry out a comprehensive reboot of the original class, Dragon Knight. Along with this, the game plans to support players' rapid growth by offering significantly enhanced numerical benefits, including up to a 1,000% EXP bonus.

In particular, players connecting to the new servers can receive the 'Lohengrin's Special Training' benefit, which grants up to a 1,000% EXP bonus up to the 50% mark of Level 90. Additionally, 'Deporoju's Growth Pass,' offering items worth up to 300 draws according to growth stages, and 'Operation: Retake Dragon Valley,' designed to assist high-speed growth, are prepared. By combining 'Energy of Magic'—obtained through gameplay and crafting in the new server-exclusive dungeon 'Talking Island of the Past'—with the 'Aden Knights' Gear' provided via pre-registration, players can craft Heroic-grade 'Knights' Gear.' Players who participated in pre-registration will also receive an additional 'Radiant Ancient Necklace,' which features effects that increase EXP gains by 100% and Adena drop rates by 10%.

Details regarding the Dragon Knight class reboot were also revealed. The NPC-exclusive skill 'Multi Chain Grab' will be activated, and a new skill, 'Chain Sword Mastery (Impact),' which permanently applies a 4-tile weapon attack range, will be introduced. The Unique Legendary-grade skill 'Aurakia' will now grant the effects of all four Awakened Dragons simultaneously, and 'Authority of Aurakia' will additionally be activated. Furthermore, the Mythic skill 'Asura,' which borrows the power of 'Halphas,' receives significant performance improvements, functioning to trigger 'Soul Cage.'

'Albino Basin,' an existing high-level area, will be expanded into 'Albino Dungeon Zone 4.' Additionally, 'Island of Nightmares' is being revamped with balance adjustments, new rewards, and collections, while improvements are also being made to the Season Dungeon 'Arena,' introducing two new maps. The update also includes a renewal of 'Clan Raids,' which will incentivize competition between clans based on existing raid records and offer enhanced rewards.

Ahead of the main update, NCSOFT (Co-CEOs Kim Taek-jin and Park Byung-moo) will host the live broadcast 'Inside M - Giran of Abundance' on the official Lineage M YouTube channel at 8:00 PM on September 7. The broadcast will feature Lineage M insiders and streamer Gamehalgayoung, who will preview key details of 'THE GOLDEN AGE' update and distribute various rewards to viewers.
