T1 won Game 4 to level the series. Pulling out a surprise Nasus pick, T1 clearly demonstrated the reasoning behind it in-game and secured victory through macro play.

In Game 4, after "Raptor" Jeon Eojin's Maokai scored first blood with a solo kill in the jungle, T1 responded by taking down "Taeyoon" Kim Tae-yoon's Corki in a 3v3 bot lane skirmish. Driven by strong laning pressure from "Peyz" Kim Su-hwan's Miss Fortune and "Keria" Ryu Min-seok's Neeko, a significant gap opened up between the bot laners, and T1 unilaterally secured the dragons.

In response, BNK FearX caught a breath of fresh air as "VicLa" Lee Dae-kwang's Viktor connected a solid spell combo to shut down "Faker" Lee Sang-hyeok's Anivia, and a bold mid tower dive picked off Miss Fortune. Even with Maokai down, quick decision-making allowed them to push down the outer mid tower. However, the problem was "Doran" Choi Hyeon-joon's Nasus, who was steadily scaling up in the side lanes.

Forced to react to Nasus's macro pressure, BNK FearX attempted to overcome the deficit with Baron, but T1's quick response resulted in BNK FearX trading four deaths instead of securing Baron. Even so, BNK FearX did not collapse easily. Although they lost the fight, they denied T1's Dragon Soul, and in a teamfight inside their own jungle, they shut down T1's bot duo and secured Baron.

Around the 40-minute mark, T1 initiated Baron, triggering a full-scale teamfight, but even here no clear winner emerged as it ended in a trade of kills. The next battlefield was the seventh dragon. Cut off by Anivia's wall, Maokai was caught first, allowing T1 to secure the Dragon Soul, and Nasus, teleporting into the enemy base, demolished both Nexus towers and the Nexus to seal the match.
