SOL: enchant implemented its EPISODE 01 - GENESIS: Battlefield of Gods update on Wednesday, August 26. As the game's first major update since launch, it introduced a new 'Healer' class, inter-server world content, and a World Exchange that enables trading with players from other servers. We examined how the World Exchange and new items introduced through the Sky Island and Tower of Gods revamps impacted market prices across servers, focusing on streamer servers Caltheon and Lindel.

First, we took a look at the World Exchange market prices on Caltheon and Lindel. The World Exchange allows players to trade Heroic-tier items or higher, as well as Nine Cores. In particular, as each server's Nine Core market price became anchored to the World Exchange baseline, servers like Lindel 3—where Nine Core prices were kept high through divine public buy orders—were affected the most by the World Exchange.

On the Lindel 3 server, Nine Cores were traded at high prices, circulating a large amount of Diamonds among players and triggering inflation that pushed up the prices of other items as well. However, while other item prices remain high, only the price of Nine Cores plummeted, which is expected to temporarily make overall item prices feel dramatically higher for Inheritors on Lindel 3.

Except for a few cases, Nine Core prices are not expected to change significantly on most servers. In fact, on servers like Lindel 2 where Nine Core prices were unusually low, many players are welcoming the change.

In addition, as Heroic-tier and higher equipment previously traded on individual servers is registered on the World Exchange, prices for items that saw large fluctuations due to supply issues are expected to stabilize. Legendary weapons in particular had sluggish demand on certain servers due to a lack of top rankers in those classes, but supply and demand should now reach a healthy balance through the World Exchange.

One notable item currently listed on the Lindel World Exchange is a +9 Cal's Seal of Survival at the steep price of 393,000 Diamonds. Given the astronomical cost required to reach +9 enhancement, interest is focused on whether an Inheritor will step up to buy it despite the hefty price tag.

The Sacrificial Chalice of Sea is a newly added accessory that can only be traded starting at +7 enhancement or higher. Currently, +7 Chalices are listed on various World Exchanges for 350,000 and 360,000 Diamonds. Due to the Chalice's unique nature—having lower enhancement success rates than other Chief Deity accessories and being non-tradeable at +6 or below—it is listed at higher prices compared to bracelets and seals with the same enhancement level.

With enhancement scrolls steadily distributed through various events, including the "Midsummer Forest" event that ended alongside this update, prices for equipment enhancement scrolls have dropped substantially. Blessed and Cursed scrolls in particular experienced a sharp decline in market value, as demand drops significantly once +5 gear is crafted—outside of a few top-tier players—compounding the impact of increased supply.

Accessory Enhancement Scrolls are new items added in this update, and currently only allow enhancement up to +5. However, because enhancement effects vary by accessory and there are limited ways to check them, demand remains low for now outside of top-ranking players. Nevertheless, unlike equipment enhancement scrolls, sources for acquiring them are limited outside of certain dungeons like Sky Island, making future price fluctuations uncertain.

Although demand for the Tower of Gods Floor 3 was expected to surge after opening as world content, players flocked to Sky Island—which is accessible at more general stat ranges—causing prices for Floor 2 and Floor 3 scrolls to decline instead.

Prices for "Weathered Relic," a new collectible item dropped in Sky Island, range between 1 and 5 Diamonds. Sacred Shards obtainable in the Tower of Gods were previously used solely as crafting material for greaves, but their price jumped significantly following the addition of recipes to craft Tower of Gods Time Recharge Stones and Sky Island Time Recharge Stones.

Dungeon Time Recharge Stones have generally maintained stable prices. However, high-level players qualified to enter the Infernal Crusade mostly congregated in Sky Island, causing temporary supply instability for Infernal Crusade Time Recharge Stones. Meanwhile, because Sky Island Time Recharge Stones were introduced so recently, their prices are fluctuating wildly across servers.

Perhaps driven by increased demand following the addition of accessory enhancement, several raw materials have shown noticeable price increases. High-Grade Wood in particular saw a dramatic surge, jumping from last week's average of 18 Diamonds to 25.49 Diamonds.
