BNK FearX defeated Hanjin BRION 2-1 in the 2026 LoL Champions Korea (LCK) Regular Season Round 4 Rise Group match held at Chzzk LoL Park in Jongno on August 20. It was a matchup between two teams competing for the top spot, and with this victory, BNK FearX earned the opportunity to secure 1st place on their own strength.

Below is the full post-match interview with "Raptor" Jeon Eo-jin, who was named Player of the Match (POM).

Q. Winning today's match keeps your hopes alive for 1st place in the Rise Group. How do you feel about the victory?

Raptor: We faced many disadvantageous situations in-game today, so I'm glad we managed to win Game 1, and it feels good to finish Game 3 so cleanly.

Q. You narrowly lost to Hanjin BRION in Rounds 1, 2, and 3, but today you finally got your revenge. What direction did you focus on when preparing for today's match?

Raptor: I thought BRION as a team is really exceptional at maintaining focus in the late game. So we prepared with the mindset that if we focused without making mistakes in the late game and played better, we would be able to win.

Q. In Game 1, K'Sante was locked in against Olaf. What was the team's reasoning behind that choice?

Raptor: I think there are many picks that can play against Olaf, and "Clear" had a lot of champions he felt confident playing. K'Sante was one of those confident picks, so we pulled it out boldly.

Q. Game 1 went unfavorably in the early-to-mid game, but you ultimately pulled off a comeback win. At what point did you feel that a comeback was possible?

Raptor: I don't clearly remember the specific moment when the game turned around. However, even though we were behind, everyone on the team shared the mindset of "even if we're at a disadvantage, we will definitely win if we get to the late game." I think that persistent mindset paid off well today.

Q. In Game 2, your Naafiri delivered a great performance, but unfortunately, you lost the game. What feedback did you share after Game 2?

Raptor: We were snowballing really well in Game 2, but a major accident happened in the mid lane once, and the game got tough after that. After the loss, we encouraged each other to shake off the disappointment and perform well in the next game.

Q. As if shaking off that regret, you succeeded in pressing hard right from the early game in Game 3. Having suffered a comeback loss in the previous set, you must have stayed on high alert until the very end, even while leading.

Raptor: We were doing fine in Game 3 as well, but a major accident almost happened in the top lane. After that close call, everyone snapped back to full focus, and from then on, we didn't waste any turns and played well to close it out quickly.

Q. Now is the time to focus on raising your performance to prepare for the Play-In. How do you plan to prepare moving forward?

Raptor: Although we won today, I think we need to play much better than we are now if we want to beat the stronger teams above us in the Play-In or Playoffs. We'll return with a better performance.

Q. If you win your final regular season match against Nongshim RedForce, you will secure 1st place in the Rise Group and advance directly to Round 1 of the Play-In. Please share a word of determination.

Raptor: It feels strange and interesting that our final match of the regular season is against Nongshim, but we will definitely give it our all and try to win.
