EWORLDGAME announced on the 18th that it has selected actor Park Ji-hwan as the official model for its upcoming maritime post-apocalyptic survival simulator game, 'AquaLand: Crazy Survival.'

Through this campaign, Park Ji-hwan will star in a series of short-form dramas that capture the game's maritime apocalypse setting and the thrill of survival. Leveraging his unique charm, Park plans to highlight the game's distinct world by humorously portraying stories of survival and exploration on the extreme high seas.

'AquaLand: Crazy Survival' is set in a post-apocalyptic world where a massive flood has submerged the land. Players start on a small raft, collecting resources and expanding their maritime base with other survivors to build a new civilization. The game offers a diverse experience by combining maritime survival, management simulation, and card-based strategy elements.

In the game, users salvage resources and scrap materials drifting at sea to secure necessary supplies, gradually expanding their small raft into a full-scale maritime base equipped with various production facilities and living quarters. Players can also enjoy management content, such as cultivating crops on the water, upgrading facilities, crafting items, and fulfilling resident orders to grow their survival community.

The game also features card strategy content based on hero collection, development, and real-time combat. Users can combine heroes with various roles to engage in battle, and experience both cooperation and competition through alliances, resource support, fortress construction, and the exploration, occupation, and defense of resource sites.

Survival content based on intuitive controls adds to the fun. Beyond expanding the raft and collecting floating supplies, players must manage oxygen levels, explore new regions, and fend off threats like sharks and pirate factions.

'AquaLand: Crazy Survival' is currently open for pre-registration via its official website, Google Play, and the Apple App Store. Participants will receive 210 free draws and can earn a Legend hero and a Legend Collection set. Additionally, players can obtain 200 Legend hero shards through weekly missions, and the Supporter hero 'Mia' can be acquired simply by progressing through stages. Various other Legend heroes, such as the sturdy Tank 'Cynical Bob,' the Shooter 'Steel Man,' and the Warrior 'Drunken Brawler,' are also available for free through event participation.

A creative content contest for users, titled 'Drifters' Maritime Party,' will run until September 10. Participants can submit entries based on the 'AquaLand: Crazy Survival' post-apocalyptic world in any genre or format, including AI-generated content.

To enter, participants must post their work on social media with the designated hashtags '#AquaLandCrazySurvival' and '#DriftersMaritimeParty' and complete the official entry form. Prizes include an iPhone 17 Pro, PlayStation 5 Pro, Nintendo Switch 2, as well as gift cards worth ₩280k and game packages worth ₩140k.
