Com2uS Holdings announced on the 22nd that it has officially launched its new action-adventure game, 'Fading Echo,' globally on PC platforms via Steam and the Epic Games Store. The game supports subtitles in nine languages, including Korean, and is available at a 10% discount for approximately two weeks to celebrate the launch.

'Fading Echo' was developed by Emeteria, a studio under the French publisher New Tales. Players take on the role of 'One,' a protagonist who wields the power of water, and embark on an adventure across the desert planet 'Corel' and the 'Shadows' that exist behind it. The story unfolds within the 'Echoverse,' which connects the two worlds, as players work to uncover the secrets of the universe.

The game's standout feature is its water-based action system. Players can freely switch between liquid water and gaseous steam to navigate the environment and engage in combat. This is complemented by a system where various elements, such as fire and electricity, interact with the environment, blending puzzle-solving and combat strategy into the action gameplay.

The game also highlights its stylish visuals and unique characters. To enhance immersion, the voice cast features renowned international voice actors who have worked on titles such as 'Baldur's Gate 3,' 'The Last of Us Part II,' and 'World of Warcraft,' including Samantha Béart, Jasmine Hinds, Laura Bailey, and Liam O'Brien.

'Fading Echo' had already garnered attention from users prior to launch by releasing a demo during Steam Next Fest. Its original water-based action and puzzle elements received a positive response from global users, and with this official release, the game is set to begin its full-scale global market expansion.
