'Assassin's Creed: Black Flag Resynced,' the remake of Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag, has received Steam Deck Verified status ahead of its July 9 release. Steam Deck Verified is the highest rating, indicating that a game is fully functional on the device with its default settings and controller configuration. Ubisoft added that the game's impressive visuals and gameplay experience will be fully accessible on the Steam Deck.
Ubisoft has previously demonstrated its ability to push hardware limits with optimized releases like 'Star Wars Outlaws' (Snowdrop engine) and 'Assassin's Creed: Shadows' (Anvil engine) for the Nintendo Switch. It appears that 'Resynced,' despite being remade on the latest Anvil engine, has been similarly optimized for lower-spec hardware to ensure smooth performance on the Steam Deck.
Meanwhile, the game has already climbed into the global top-selling charts following the announcement of its Steam Deck verification. The recent surge in interest, fueled by promotional videos, is clearly translating into pre-orders.

■ Announcement | Kingdom Come: Deliverance Board Game Announced | Official Page
The world of Kingdom Come: Deliverance is being reimagined as a board game. Czech publisher CGE, known for 'Codenames' and 'Lost Ruins of Arnak,' is developing the board game under license from Warhorse Studios, with a release scheduled for Q4. Like the original video game, the board game is set in 15th-century Bohemia and combines deck-building with Eurogame mechanics. Players start as a commoner with no money, fame, or skills, and forge their own path through combat, alchemy, and diplomacy. A key selling point is that, as a board game, it will offer the series' first-ever multiplayer experience.
