Netmarble's new title, SOL: Enchant, is set for official release on June 18 at 12:00 PM. Ahead of the launch, the developers held a live broadcast on June 11 to showcase the game's core content and in-game footage.
SOL: Enchant distinguishes itself from existing MMORPGs by introducing a new mechanism called 'Divine Rights.' Before the official service begins, we have compiled the latest information, key highlights from the developer broadcast, and details on the game's core systems.
Become a Server God and Rule Over All: The Divine Rights System
The Divine Rights system, which allows players to ascend to the status of a god, exercise various powers, and even influence update decisions, is drawing significant attention. While all are gods, there is a hierarchy: the 'Server God' (one per server), the 'Main God' (one per world), and the 'Absolute God' (one across all worlds). The user who consumes the most 'Nine' during a season is granted Divine Rights for that world or server.
Divine Rights cannot be revoked during a season unless there is a specific cause. Once a user becomes a god, they can use their powers to toggle field areas between 'Safe' and 'War' zones or summon large numbers of monsters to create hunting grounds. Even non-god users can interact with 'Nine Trees' placed on the map to spend Nine and experience or utilize Divine Rights in a limited capacity. Currently, only the powers of the Server God have been revealed; the powers of the Main God and Absolute God remain undisclosed.
It has been confirmed that streamers cannot become the highest-ranking 'Absolute God.' Much like the policy of separating streamer worlds from regular worlds at launch, the developers are aware of the potential influence gap between regular users and streamers. This appears to be a measure to protect the interests of regular users and ensure a fair competitive environment.

The Squad System: Your Characters, Your Team
While playing your main character, you can summon other characters from your account via the menu to fight alongside you. You can create a party, invite your summoned characters, and engage in party play to grow together. During gameplay, you can also switch to other characters within your squad.
The squad mode is unlocked for free upon reaching a certain level, without requiring separate purchases or in-game resources. However, it is only available in online mode and not supported offline; therefore, it is recommended to use the squad feature frequently while online to level up multiple characters quickly. For convenience, Netmarble provides the 'Netmarble Connect' environment, which allows for remote control of the PC version via mobile, enabling you to maintain an online status and run squad mode seamlessly from anywhere.

Starting with Knight, Ranger, and Mage classes; Healer to be added
The classes currently revealed are Knight, Ranger, and Mage. The Knight excels in speed and ease of control, possessing a key crowd control (CC) skill: Stun. The Ranger is specialized in ranged attacks, allowing for stable hunting; this class is easy to level and efficient for farming resources. The Mage is a late-bloomer character that primarily uses area-of-effect (AoE) attacks, demonstrating excellent mob-clearing capabilities once sufficient skills are acquired.
Since each class has its own strengths and weaknesses, the squad system allows for complementary party compositions tailored to individual playstyles. You can pursue a fun, specialized build by grouping three characters of the same class, or seek combat balance by including one of each class.
The update for the new 'Healer' class has also been confirmed, a decision reflecting the results of the 'Divine Rights Conference' held prior to the live broadcast. The developers stated that skill development for the Healer class is mostly complete and that actual gameplay footage of the skills will be released soon.

Field-Focused Adventure: Growth Without Grinding
Beyond standard hunting and boss raids, various adventure content and exploration elements are available. Special monsters appearing in the fields include the 'Forsaken by God' and the 'Core of Creation.' Eliminating the 'Forsaken by God' drops 'Fragments of Corruption,' which are used for collections. Eliminating the 'Core of Creation' summons a large number of additional monsters nearby, providing opportunities for cooperative hunting with other users. Interacting with field objects like the 'Tree of Life' and 'Tree of Spirit' can yield fruits that serve as collection materials and are more efficient than standard potions.
The growth structure is designed to be multifaceted beyond just hunting. In the early game, you can level up your character simply by enhancing items. Even if an enhancement fails, the equipment is dismantled into 'Nine'—the game's core resource—allowing you to continue your growth. Furthermore, you can purchase Unique-grade equipment and Epic-grade skills from regular NPC shops using Nine. By acquiring resources through gameplay, anyone can learn skills, grow, and complete their character.
Meanwhile, alchemy and life content will be excluded from the launch version. The developers explained that given the nature of alchemy, which is most effective once items have accumulated to a certain level, it will be introduced at an appropriate time in the future. Life content is also not a primary element and will not be included at launch, though its addition will be considered based on the need for community activation later on.

The Core Universal Resource: 'Nine'
Nine, the game's core resource, is acquired through gameplay rather than paid purchases, and there are no separate acquisition limits. It can be obtained not only through hunting but also by PK-ing other users to loot a percentage of their Nine. Users can spend Nine (in addition to Diamonds) to perform gacha pulls, and top-tier equipment like 'God Armor' and the companion system 'Spirit' are designed to be obtainable using only Nine.
To sell Nine on the market, it must be packed into 'Nine Cores.' These can be crafted by combining Nine with 'Essence of Life' (created by consuming character EXP), or obtained as finished products by clearing dungeons and bosses. Additionally, you can craft a 'Seal' using 100k Nine to attempt an enhancement; there is also a high-return structure where you can exchange them for up to 24.3 million Nine depending on the enhancement grade.

Preventing Indiscriminate PK and 'Mak-PK
A looting and spoils system is in place where you can take an opponent's Nine via PK. If you defeat an opponent in PK, you can loot a certain percentage of their Nine. However, to prevent indiscriminate slaughter, there is a daily maximum looting limit, and users who are significantly lower in level than the attacker are excluded from being targets.
Accumulated PK actions will decrease your 'Alignment' score, which in turn applies a combat power debuff penalty. Alignment can be restored by hunting monsters. There is also a 'Spoils' system where, if an opponent who received a penalty spends resources to restore their status, you can claim a portion of those resources. Spoils cannot be taken from users who choose the five free restoration attempts provided. Detailed restrictions will continue to be adjusted after launch to prevent ruthless 'Mak-PK' (indiscriminate killing).
