[LCK Today] SB and DYN each add wins in sweep over HLE and SP

On the 21st (KST), in the 2020 League of Legends Champions Korea (LCK) Summer Split, SANDBOX Gaming played Hanwha Life Esports and Team Dynamics faced SeolHaeOne Prince.

SANDBOX Gaming had a slightly hard time against Lee “Dudu” Dong-ju’s Renekton. However, as Kim “OnFleek” Jang-gyeom’s Sett made kills wherever he went, SANDBOX Gaming changed the flow. Through solid macro, SANDBOX Gaming also scaled Moon “Route” Geom-su’s Caitlyn well and secured the win.

Game 2 was very dominant. Again, OnFleek was all over the Rift. SANDBOX Gaming took priority in all lanes and Hanwha Life Esports fell behind. SANDBOX Gaming’s composition was well balanced and they didn’t give their opponents any time to win the last game of the season.

Team Dynamics also swept their opponents in the second match. In game 1, Kim “Beyond” Gyu-seok’s Volibear dove with Lee “Rich” Jae-won’s Kennen to pick off Jeon “ikksu” Ik-su’s Renekton. Through that, Kennen was able to scale well but Renekton wasn’t. In other lanes as well, Team Dynamics took the advantage and had clean wins in following fights. Without much trouble, they were able to destroy the Nexus.

SeolHaeOne Prince took unconventional picks in the second game, as they picked Darius and Skarner into their top lane and jungle. It seemed like a good choice as Darius picked up a double kill, but Rich’s Mordekaiser also caught up well. As Team Dynamics took the dragon soul, the game was completely turned around finished the match. With this loss, SeolHaeOne Prince concluded the season with a 17-game losing streak, winning only the first match of the season.
