On the 3rd (local time), Nexon Games held a panel talk at Anime Expo, a North American subculture festival held at the LA Convention Center. The panel featured key members of the development team, including Executive Producer Kim Yong-ha, who leads the IO Headquarters—a division dedicated to subculture game development—as well as Associate Producer Lee Jun-ho, Scenario Team Lead Oh Hyun-seok, Music Director Mitsukiyo, and Project RX Producer Cha Min-seo, who spent time engaging with fans.
In the first part, Executive PD Kim Yong-ha, PD Ahn Gyeong-seop, Scenario Team Lead Oh Hyun-seok, and Music Director Mitsukiyo shared behind-the-scenes stories from the 4.5th anniversary of Blue Archive. They discussed the process of creating the first PV, which garnered significant attention from subculture fans, and the collaborative feedback process for the recent 'Magical Girl Heavy Caliber' OST, including listening to demos and references. They also shared the challenges of maintaining the unique identity of each character as the roster continued to grow.
The team specifically showcased the storyboards and story outlines for the recently concluded Decagrammaton arc, providing a detailed explanation of its development process. After introducing the work behind the Decagrammaton ending theme, 'Afterglow of Longing,' they unveiled the 7th PV—previously released on the JP server—to the Anime Expo audience, signaling a new chapter in the story.

In the second part, PD Cha Min-seo joined the panel to discuss Project RX alongside Executive PD Kim Yong-ha. After working on the final chapter update for the JP server, PD Cha moved to the RX Studio to begin development on the new title. The project made its first offline appearance at Anime Expo with an interactive event where fans could play rock-paper-scissors against four of the game's main characters.
PD Cha confirmed that the character models and backgrounds used in the event were identical to those in the game. He also emphasized that the content within the client was nearly identical to the actual game client. Executive PD Kim added that while a combat demonstration was possible using the same client, they chose rock-paper-scissors to better showcase the emotional connection and interaction with the pretty girls, which is a core focus of the game.

Regarding the official title of 'Project RX,' they announced that it would be revealed globally in the near future. Executive PD Kim explained, "We have decided on a title, but because we are preparing for a global release, there are regional checks to complete, making it difficult to disclose right now." He added a hint, noting that they are striving for a one-word title rather than two and are carefully searching for the right word. PD Cha added that Project RX has begun localization and that they decided to participate in Anime Expo because they felt enough of the game and IP could be shared; he promised that more in-game information would be released soon.
Further details regarding Project RX will be updated via official social media channels in the future.
